We carried the titanium Ridge daily for two years. Here's how it held up and what we'd do differently.
Condition After 2 Years
The titanium frame shows zero wear — no scratches, dents, or discoloration. The elastic cash strap was replaced once (free replacement straps from Ridge). The plates still close with the same tension as day one.
What We Loved
Slim profile never got old. RFID blocking gave peace of mind. The tactile feel of titanium is premium. Never once wished for a bifold back.
What We'd Change
Card access with 9+ cards gets fiddly. We settled on 7 cards max for easy fanning. The money clip option would've been better than the strap for our usage.
Is It Worth $120 for Titanium?
After 2 years: absolutely. Cost-per-day is pennies, and it'll outlast any leather wallet by decades. The aluminum ($85) is equally durable for most people though — titanium is premium for premium's sake.
